KATHRYN DIXON, MSW, LMSW (NY), LCSW (NJ), DABFC, FACFEI- formerly held the position of NJ Statewide Drug Court Coordinator, and served as a Treatment Assessment Services for the Court (TASC) Evaluator for Bergen County N.J. Family Court. Kathryn has 19 years of diverse experience in social work practice including: NYC child welfare family reunification, high school student assistance counselor (SAC), relief staff for a domestic violence shelter, and primary therapist at both an adolescent outpatient substance abuse program, and an adult & adolescent intensive outpatient substance abuse program. Kathryn received a Bachelor of Social Work, at the University of New Hampshire (1988) and a Master of Social Work, from Fordham University (1991). Ms. Dixon is licensed in New York, as a Licensed Master Social Worker (1991) and in New Jersey as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (1994). She has completed post-Master’s training in social work supervision, Seminar in Field Instruction at New York University Graduate School of Social Work (1996), and in educating parents on child development during divorce/ separation, Certificate Program in Parent Education (2001) and Divorce Mediation (2007) at Rutgers University. Kathryn has provided numerous continuing education workshops on addiction-recovery and other related topics. She achieved the status of Fellow (ACFEI- 2007), is a member of the Commission on Forensic Education, and a Diplomat of the American Board of Forensic Counselors (DABFC-1999), by the American College of Forensic Examiners Insitute. She has been included in the Marquis Who’s Who of American Women (2000) and Who’s Who in Medicine and Healthcare (2002).
SAMANTHA GUBER, MA, LCADC, ICADC, CJC, CSW - formerly held the position of TASC Evaluator for the Sussex County Superior Court and Drug Court. She has additional experience as a New Jersey State Certified Screener, mental health professional, program coordinator and primary therapist for adults and adolescents. Samantha received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 1992 and a Master of Arts in Educational Psychology in 1996. Samantha teaches as an adjunct professor of Psychology at Sussex County Community College and as an adjunct professor of Criminal Justice at University of Phoenix Online. Samantha is Licensed as a Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor in New Jersey, and certified as a Criminal Justice Counselor and Social Worker. She is also a member of the American College of Forensic Examiners Institute, commission of Forensic Education.
